Manage changes in project plans or scope of work, and complete project estimates and pricing. Prepare and update project baseline schedules, critical paths, and recovery schedules in Primavera P6. Develop and adhere to project budgets, timelines and quality control plans. Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, NYCHA and NYC Parks codes and regulations.
